Simple Operation
Sharps and red bag waste are deposited into their respective specialized collectors. When full, collectors are capped and placed in the Demolizer® II and processed with the simple push of a button. Simply select “Red Bag” or “Sharps” and the process begins.
After the process is complete, waste is rendered sterile, non-reusable, and unrecognizable and can be placed into the common trash.
The system plugs into a standard electrical outlet and requires no chemical solutions or special set-up. Approximately the size of a microwave oven, the Demolizer® II fits easily on a counter or cart.
Secure Management of Professional Liability
The Demolizer® II automates the documentation process noting all phases of operation. This documentation is instrumental in meeting all regulatory requirements for biomedical waste disposal.
It closes the cradle-to-the-grave loop of liability for waste generators.
Once the process is completed, the system automatically stores processed data and generates labels for your on-site log book. This satisfies all state EPA required documentation and eliminates all biomedical waste disposal liabilities for the waste generator.

Six Steps to Complete and Document a Demolizer® II Waste Processing Cycle
Step 1: Place the sharps or red bag Collector into the Demolizer® II.
Step 2: Select either the Sharps or Red Bag Waste option from the Demolizer® II menu.
Step 3: Press Start button to begin process.
Step 4: Two certification labels will automatically print with a successful processing cycle completion.
Step 5: Apply the first label to the log book for official documentation. This label contains quality control data for the treatment cycle and documentation of all critical operating parameters. Each processing cycle is stored in the Demolizer® II and is uploaded monthly to a secure server thereby providing a permanent record of all processing cycles.
Step 6: Apply the second label to the Collector and place the collector in the trash as ordinary garbage.
